Porovnání genderové nerovnosti na trzích práce vybraných zemí EU

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá genderovými nerovnostmi na trzích práce vybraných zemí Evropské unie, a to České republiky, Švédska, Španělska, Maďarska a Německa. Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnat genderové rozdíly u daných států. První část je teoreticky zaměřená, definuje mzdové nerovnosti, segregaci na trzích práce a zaměstnanost žen a mužů. Druhá část se týká empirie a metodologie genderových nerovností, kde jsou vysvětleny faktory, které působí na mzdové nerovnosti a také metody měření genderové nerovnováhy. Třetí část je praktická, obsahuje aktuální informace o genderových rozdílech u vybraných pěti států i průměru Evropské unie a také jejich vývoj za posledních deset let. Poslední část zahrnuje celkové shrnutí poznatků a závěrů vyplývajících z bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis deals with gender inequalities on the labour markets of selected countries of the European union, the Czech republic, Sweden, Spain, Hungary and Germany. The aim of this thesis is to compare the gender differences in the states. The first part is theoretically focused, defines wage inequality, segregation in the labour markets and the employment of women and men. The second part relates to empiricism and methodology of gender inequality, where are explained the factors that affect wage inequality, and also methods for measuring the gender imbalance. The third part is practical, contains current information on gender differences for the selected five states and the European union average and also their development over the past ten years. The last section includes an overall summary of the findings and conclusions arising from the thesis.
