Stanislav Lichorobiec, Ph.D. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexním zabezpečením objektu pekárny. První část je teoretická a soustředí se na obecný popis komplexu objektu pekárny a právní úpravu. Druhá část je analytická a zaměřuje se na identifikaci a analýzu bezpečnostních rizik prostřednictvím vybraných metod. Závěrečná část se věnuje vypracování inovativního návrhu na minimalizaci bezpečnostních rizik daného objektu. Záměrem této práce je tedy předložení inovativního návrhu bezpečnostních opatření vedoucích k posílení stávajícího komplexního zabezpečení objektu pekárny.

The first part is theoretical and focuses on the general description of the bakery building and legal regulations. The second part is analytical and concentrates on the identification and analysis of security risks through the selected methods. The final part focuses on the creation of an innovative proposal leading to the minimalization of the security risks of the object. The aim of this bachelor thesis is thus to propose a motion of security measures in order to reinforce the existing complex security system of the bakery building.
