Implementace metody 5S ve skladu společnosti vyrábějící dveřní zámky

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the implementation of 5S method in the warehouse of engineering products. The aim is to implement this method tailored to the company and help to obviate waste. The theoretical part is devoted to the explanation of problems of continuous improvement, lean productions and its history, Kaizen and description of the individual steps of the 5S methods with its benefits. The current situation of warehouse is analyzed in the practical part. The realization process of individual steps of method 5S that was tailored to the stock, is described there. In conclusion evaluation methodology of success realization of method 5S is proposed and benefits in the workplace are reviewed.
