Analýza a návrh nákupního procesu v podniku z odvětví zdravotnického vybavení

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo navržení nového procesu nákupu a organizace nákupního oddělení na základě analýzy současného stavu nákupních procesů, porovnání kritérií výběru dodavatelů a postupu jejich hodnocení. Výsledkem práce je návrh organizační struktury centrálního nákupního oddělení a návrh rámcového rozpočtu na jeho zřízení a provoz. Dále byla do procesu výběru dodavatelů zařazena Saatyho metoda stanovení vah kritérií při porovnání dodavatelů v rámci druhého kola výběru. V rámci třetí kapitoly jsou však uvedena obecná pravidla, která by společnost měla respektovat při účasti na veřejných zakázkách na našem území a stejně tak ostatní firmy v oboru.

The goal of the thesis is to propose a new process of purchasing and organization of a purchasing department based on an analysis of the current state of purchasing processes, comparing the selection criteria of suppliers and the procedure for their evaluation. The result of the thesis is the proposal of the organizational structure of the central purchasing department and a proposal of budget framework for its establishment and operation. In addition, Saaty's method of determining the weighting of criteria when comparing suppliers in the second round of selection was included in the supplier selection process. In the third chapter, however, there are general rules that the company should respect when participating in public procurement in our country as well as other companies in the industry.
