Analýza a zhodnocení poskytování zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce jsou zaměstnanecké benefity ve společnosti. Cílem práce je deskripce benefitů jako motivačních nástrojů, dále vymezení účetních a daňových dopadů na poskytování vybraných benefitů. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou výsledky provedeného dotazníkové šetření na vzorku jedné společnosti zabývající se poskytováním služeb v oblasti IT. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, ve které je popsán význam benefitů, nejčastější formy se zaměřením na moderní benefity a informace z výzkumů na téma benefity. Praktická část práce se zabývá konkrétními dopady poskytování vybraných benefitů a dotazníkovým šetřením. V závěrečné kapitole jsou obsaženy výsledky práce a také doporučení vyplývající z dotazníkového šetření.

The topic of the thesis is employee benefits in the business company. The objective of the thesis is to describe the benefits as motivational tools and to define the accounting and tax impacts on the provision of selected benefits. The main contribution of this work is the results of a questionnaire survey on a sample of one company engaged in providing IT services. The thesis is divided into the theoretical part, which describes the importance of benefits, the most common forms with a focus on modern benefits and information from research on the benefits. The practical part is focused on the specific impacts of providing selected benefits and survey. The final chapter contains the results of the work and also the recommendations from the questionnaire survey.
