Zpracování strategické analýzy vybraného podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je na základě provedené strategické analýzy zhodnotit finanční zdraví a prosperitu společnosti a navrhnout doporučení, která přispějí ke zlepšení stávající situace. V teoretické části jsou nejprve vymezeny pojmy jako je strategie, strategické řízení a myšlení, strategická analýza a následně jsou definovány a vysvětleny principy vybraných analýz vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. V praktické části bakalářské práce je uvedena základní charakteristika vybrané společnosti a následně jsou pak vybrané analýzy aplikovány na konkrétní situaci vybrané společnosti. Na základě výsledků těchto analýz je pak provedeno celkové zhodnocení situace a jsou navržena doporučení týkající se jak jednotlivých analýz, tak tak společnosti jako celku.

Bachelor thesis is focused on processing strategic analysis of a selected company. The main goal of the thesis is to evaluate financial health and overall prosperity of the company based on processed strategic analysis and to recommend precautions, that will help to improve the situation of the company. In the theoretical part of the thesis there are firstly defined terms like strategy, strategic management and thinking, strategic analysis and then the principles of selected internal and external analysis are defined and explained. In the practical part of the thesis firstly basic characteristics of the selected company are desribed and then selected analysis are applied to the situation in which the company is located. Based on results of those analysis there is overall evaluation of the company performed and recommendations and precautions are proposed.
