| dc.description.abstract | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti. Práce je členěna do dvou základních částí. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy a metody pro hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti. V praktické části jsou následně jednotlivé analýzy aplikovány na vybraný podnik Jedná se o PEST analýzu Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, finanční analýzu a GM-Trend. Cílem práce je analyzovat konkurenceschopnost podniku na a na základě aplikace vybraných metod formulovat návrhy a doporučení pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti. | cs |
