Osoby se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Ostravě

Abstract

Zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením je velkým problémem každé rozvinuté ekonomiky. Osoby trpící nějakým zdravotním postižením často čelí nedostatku pracovních příležitostí na trhu práce. Přitom právě tyto osoby jsou mnohdy podceňovaným a nedostatečně využívaným zdrojem pracovních sil. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat a vyhodnotit postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce na místní, regionální, národní a evropské úrovni a navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Po teoretické části práce, která je zaměřená na problematiku zaměstnávání osoby se zdravotním postižením jako znevýhodněné skupiny na trhu práce a zhodnocení současného stav osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v České republice následuje rešerše empirických studií 11 evropských národních politiky zaměstnanosti se zaměřením na problematiku zdravotně postižených osob. Praktická část je věnována hodnocení stavu osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce v Ostravě spolu s realizovanými nástroji aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti. Na závěr práce byly uvedeny návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly přispět k zvýšení zaměstnanosti a zaměstnatelnosti osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce.

The employment of people with disabilities is a major issue in developed society. People with disabilities often face a lack of job opportunities in the labour market. At the same time, these people are often underestimated and underused source of labour. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse and evaluate the position of people with disabilities in the labour market at the local, regional, national and European level and to propose appropriate solutions to improve their employment. The theoretical part of the work, which is focused on the employment of people with disabilities as a disadvantaged groups in the labour market and evaluation of the current state of people with disabilities in the labour market in the Czech Republic is followed by a search of empirical studies of 11 European national employment policies focusing on disabled people persons. The practical part is devoted to the evaluation of the state of the people with disabilities on the labour market in Ostrava with the implemented instruments of the active employment policy. At the end of the work, suggestions and recommendations were made that could contribute to increasing employment and employability of people with disabilities in the labour market.
