Analýza a zhodnocení zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obchodní společnosti

Abstract

Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje problematiku motivace, charakteristiku a význam benefitů, způsob poskytování a novinky v oblasti benefitů. V práci je popsáno účetní, daňové i odvodové hledisko benefitů. Praktická část je věnována benefitům, které poskytuje zvolená společnost. Na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření je zjištěna znalost benefitů, spokojenost a preference zaměstnanců. Na konci diplomové práce jsou výsledky vyhodnoceny a navržena doporučení.

The theoretical part of the diploma thesis includes the issue of motivation, characteristics and importance of benefits, ways of providing and news in the field of benefits. In the thesis is described the accounting, tax and levy aspects of benefits. The practical part is devoted to benefits provided by selected company. Based on the questionnaire survey, employee's knowledge, the contentment and preferences are detected. At the end of the diploma thesis, results are evaluated and recommendation is suggested.
