Spolupráce zahraničích studentů programu Erasmus+ na VŠB - TU Ostrava s podniky v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a návrhem nástrojů a služeb, jež by usnadnily propojování zahraničních studentů Vysoké školy báňské – Technické univerzity Ostrava programu Erasmus+ a podniků v Moravskoslezském kraji. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvořit přehled dostupných nástrojů a služeb v oblasti vyhledávání stáží a rozvoje kompetencí zahraničních studentů ucházejících se o stáž v místních podnicích. Dalším cílem je navrhnout doporučení, která povedou k vytvoření nových služeb usnadňujících procesy propojování zahraničních studentů a místních podniků. Na základě dat získaných metodou písemného elektronického dotazování byl ověřen zájem respondentů z řad zahraničních studentů o stáže v místních podnicích, zároveň byla vytvořena charakteristika uchazeče a model vhodné stáže. Z provedené analýzy a výzkumu vyplynuly jisté nedostatky a podněty, na jejichž základě byly vzneseny určité návrhy, jež mohou vést k vytvoření nových služeb pro snazší vyhledávání stáží.

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to analysing and designing the services that would simplify the connection of foreign students at the Technical University of Ostrava that are studying through Erasmus+ programme with the companies in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The main goal of the thesis is to create an overview of accessible tools and services in the field of finding internships and developing the competencies of foreign students applying for internships in local companies. Another goal is to propose a recommendation that will lead to the creation of new services that will facilitate the process of connecting local students and local businesses. Based on the data obtained by the method of the written electronic research the interest of respondents from among foreign students in internships in local companies was verified. The research also brought out characteristics of the applicant and suitable model of internship for applicants. The analysis and the research revealed some shortages and opportunities upon which basis was made some suggestions that could potentially lead to the creation of new easy-search internship services.
