Podnikatelský záměr pro založení malého podniku

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování podnikatelského záměru v oblasti pohostinství a pronájmu technicky vybavených školících prostor. Cílem diplomové práce je vytvořit podnikatelský záměr v oblasti pohostinství a pronájmu technicky vybavených školících prostor v komfortním prostředí podniku a také zhodnotit realizovatelnost podnikatelského záměru. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části jsou popsána teoretická východiska tvorby podnikatelského záměru a adekvátní metodika. Ve čtvrté části je zpracován podnikatelský záměr se všemi náležitostmi dle struktury podle Srpová et al., 2010. Výstup situační analýzy je popsán v metodě Lean canvas. Finanční plán podniku je zpracován do tří verzí, a to optimistické, neutrální a pesimistické. Pro přehlednější zobrazení projektového plánu je využita metoda zvaná Ganttův diagram. Závěr diplomové práce je věnován zhodnocením podnikatelského záměru a jeho realizovatelnosti.

The thesis is focused on the development of a business plan in the field of hospitality and rental of technically equipped training rooms. The aim of the thesis is to create a business plan in the field of hospitality and rental of technically equipped training rooms in the comfortable environment of the company and also to evaluate the feasibility of the business plan. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis of the business plan creation and adequate methodology. In the fourth part is characterized the business plan with all the essentials and structure according to Srpová et al., 2010. The output of the situational analysis is described in the Lean canvas method. The financial plan of the company is prepared in three versions - optimistic, neutral and pessimistic. The method called Gantt diagram is used for a clearer representation of the project plan. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the business plan and its feasibility.
