Analýza konkurenceschopnosti stavební firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je analýza konkurenceschopnosti stavebního podniku KVAZAR, a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů, které se týkají podniku a konkurenceschopnosti. Jsou zde také popsány jednotlivé metody pro hodnocení konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Další část je věnována charakteristice vybraného podniku, na kterou navazuje praktická část vymezující metody pro analýzu konkurenceschopnosti. Jedná se o finanční analýzu, PESTE analýzu, Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, Pollakův model životaschopnosti podniku a SWOT analýzu. Následně jsou zpracovány návrhy a doporučení, které mohou zvýšit konkurenceschopnost podniku na trhu. Poslední část je věnována závěru.

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the competitiveness of a construction company KVAZAR, a.s. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic terms concerning company and its competitive ability. Methods for the evaluation of company competitiveness are also described there. The next part is devoted to characteristics of the chosen company. This part is followed by practical part, which deals with methods for the analysis of company competitiveness. It contains financial analysis, PESTE analysis, Porter´s analysis of five competitive forces, Pollak´s model of the viability of the company and SWOT analysis. Proposals and recommendations, which can increase the competitive ability of the company on the market, are subsequently processed. The final part of the thesis is the conclusion.
