| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza managementu vybraného sportovního klubu, a to konkrétně hokejového klubu HC Frýdek-Místek, spolek. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy spjaté s managementem a sportem. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na hokejový klub HC Frýdek-Místek, spolek, kde pomocí SWOT analýzy a rozhovoru s manažerem klubu byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky klubu. Podle zjištěných informací byly následně stanoveny návrhy a doporučení pro klub. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of a selected sport club's management, namely the hockey club HC Frýdek-Místek, an association. The bachelor's thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are specified basic terms connected with management and sport. The practical part focuses on the hockey club HC Frýdek-Místek, an association where with the help of the SWOT analysis and an interview with a club's manager were identified the strengths and weaknesses of the club. Based on the information obtained were subsequently provided suggestions and recommendations for the club. | en |
