Komparace a analýza managementu sportovních klubů

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Komparace a analýza managementu sportovních klubů“ je analýza, komparace a zpracování námětů a doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definované potřebné pojmy, které s tématem souvisí. V praktické části jsou popsané sledované kluby z hlediska historie, současného stavu a vizí. V práci bylo použito dotazníkové šetření, SWOT analýza, VRIO analýza a rozhovor se sportovním manažerem. Výsledky těchto metod výzkumu jsou použity v praktické části a při zhodnocení analýzy a komparaci klubů. V závěrečné části je zhodnocena analýza a uvedeny návrhy a doporučení pro další fungování klubů v dalších letech.

The subject of the diploma thesis " Comparison and Analysis of the Sports Clubs Management" is the analysis, comparison and processing of ideas and recommendations for improving the current situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the necessary terms related to the topic. The practical part describes the clubs in terms of history, current situation and visions. The questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, VRIO analysis and interview with the sports manager were used in the work. The results of these research methods are used in the practical part and in the evaluation of the analysis and comparison of the clubs. The final part evaluates the analysis and presents suggestions and recommendations for the next functioning of clubs in coming years.
