Ekonomika a financování nemocnic holdingu AGEL Středomoravská nemocniční a. s.

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování nemocnic AGEL Středomoravská nemocniční a.s., která spadá do holdingu AGEL a.s. a je složena ze tří nemocnic. Cílem diplomové práce je za pomoci finanční analýzy zhodnotit financování nemocnic za období 2010-2019. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení základních teoretických pojmů v oblastech zdravotní politiky, zdravotní péče, financování zdravotní péče a struktury sítě poskytovatelů zdravotní péče v České republice. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu poskytované péče a analýzu hospodaření vybrané nemocnice. Finanční analýza byla provedena pomocí poměrových ukazatelů. Na základě výsledků hospodaření lze konstatovat, že nemocnice za sledované období hospodaří se ziskem s klesající tendencí tržeb.

The diploma thesis is focused on the financing of hospitals AGEL Středomoravská nemocniční a.s., which belongs to the holding AGEL a.s. and consists of three hospitals. The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the financing of hospitals for the period 2010-2019 with the help of financial analysis. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of basic theoretical concepts in the areas of health policy, health care, health care financing and the structure of the network of health care providers in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the care provided and the analysis of the management of the selected hospital. The financial analysis was performed using ratios. Based on the economic results, it can be stated that the hospital for the period under review makes a profit with a declining trend in sales.
