Analýza zásob ve výrobním družstvu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou zásob ve výrobním družstvu. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, představeny vybrané metody a charakteristika podniku. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu zásob. V této analýze byl vyhodnocen vývoj ukazatelů struktury a rychlosti pohybu zásob za tři roky a byla provedena ABC analýza zásob podle spotřeby a průměrné zásoby. Na základě provedených analýz byly identifikovány problémové položky, formulována doporučení a naznačeny vhodné oblasti pro další analýzu a zlepšení.

This bachelor thesis deals with inventory analysis in a manufacturing cooperative. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts are defined, the selected methods and the characteristics of the company are presented. The practical part is focused on inventory analysis. In this analysis, the development of the structure and rate of movement indicators of stocks over three years were evaluated and an ABC inventory analysis was carried out by consumption and average inventory. On the basis of the analyses carried out, problem items were identified, recommendations were formulated and appropriate areas for further analysis and improvement was indicated.
