Analýza postojů studentů k zahraničním mobilitám

Abstract

Práce je zaměřena na postoje studentů k zahraničním mobilitám. Jelikož mezinárodní politika univerzit může být rozdílná, a to i v rámci jednoho státu, bylo nutné zúžit základní soubor. Za účelem získání validních výsledků je pomocí výzkumu zkoumána situace na Ekonomické fakultě Vysoké školy báňské - Technické univerzity Ostrava. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit a popsat postoje studentů EkF VŠB-TUO k univerzitním studentským mobilitám. Součástí tohoto je odhalení toho, zda jsou postoje studentů k mobilitám kladné, záporné či jsou-li studenti k nabídce mobilit indiferentní, dále také zjištění příčin těchto postojů a rozpoznání bariér, které studentům brání ve výjezdu do zahraničí. Postoje jsou navíc analyzovány také v závislosti na psychologickém profilu respondentů za účelem nalezení rozdílů v postojích různých osobnostních typů. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsána teoretická východiska postojů, typologií osobnosti a zahraničních výjezdů. Analytická část obsahuje kvantitativní výzkum a z něj vyvozené návrhy a doporučení. Soubor dat byl získán pomocí dotazníkového šetření přes server www.vyplnto.cz a následně analyzován v programech Microsoft Excel a IBM SPSS Statistics. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že postoje studentů k zahraničním mobilitám jsou celkově kladné, nicméně existují více či méně důležité bariéry, které studentům ve výjezdech brání. Navíc se potvrdily rozdíly v postojích mezi jednotlivými osobnostními typy.

This thesis is focused on students’ attitudes towards international mobility. Since the international policy is slightly different for each university within the same country and even more different for universities within different countries, it was crucial to narrow down the statistical population. In order to get valid results the research was focused on the situation at the Faculty of Economics of VŠB-TUO. The main aim of the thesis is to determine and to describe EkF VŠB-TUO students’ attitudes towards international mobility offered by the university. The part of the main aim is to detect whether attitudes are positive, negative or indifferent, to discover the causes of positive/negative/indifferent attitudes and furthermore to recognize the barriers that prevent students from going abroad. In addition the analysis of the attitudes is based on the respondents’ psychological profile in order to distinguish between the attitudes of respondents' various psychological types. The thesis consists of two main parts, the theoretical part where the theoretical basis of attitudes, psychological types and international mobility is described and the analytical part which contains quantitative research and the resulting proposals and recommendations. The set of data was obtained from a questionnaire survey via the server www.vyplnto.cz and subsequently analysed in Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics. The research shows that the students’ attitudes towards international mobility are overall positive however there are several more or less important barriers. Moreover there are differences between students’ attitudes towards international mobility based on the students’ psychological profile.
