Padělání měny v České republice a možnosti jeho prevence

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na padělání měny v České republice a možnosti jeho prevence. Cílem práce je popsat vznik měny, právní a technické aspekty, které přispívají k ochraně měny. Dalším cílem práce je upozornit na problematiku padělání měny. Avšak tím primárním cílem je popsat způsoby, jak k ochraně měny přispívá Česká národní banka a Policie ČR a jaké jsou další možnosti prevence proti padělání a pozměňování měny. V teoretické části je pomocí metody deskripce vysvětlen vznik měny, její ochranné prvky a právní úprava z hlediska finančního a trestního práva. V praktické části jsou popsány nástroje, pomocí kterých měnu chrání policie a Česká národní banka, stejně tak jako nástroje používané k prevenci. Dále je v praktické části vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno s cílem zjistit, jakou povědomost má mladší generace ohledně české měny. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty poznatky z teoretické a praktické části. Dále je předložen návrh možné prevence proti padělání a pozměňování peněz.

The bachelor thesis is focused on currency counterfeiting in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of its prevention. The aim of this thesis is to describe the origin of currency, legal and technical aspects that contribute to currency protection. Another aim is to draw attention to the issue of currency counterfeiting. However, the primary aim is to describe the ways in which the Czech National Bank and the Police of the Czech Republic contribute to the protection of the currency and what are the other options of prevention against counterfeiting and currency alteration. In the theoretical part of the thesis, there is the origin of currency, its protective elements and legislation in terms of financial and criminal law explained using the description method. In the practical part, there are tools, by which the currency is protected by the police and the Czech National Bank, as well as the tools used to prevent money against crime. Furthermore, the questionnaire survey aiming at the awareness of the younger generation of the Czech currency is evaluated. In conclusion, the findings out from the theoretical and practical parts are summarized. Further, possible prevention against currency counterfeiting is presented.
