| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce řeší analýzu využívaného informačního systému na městském úřadě a jeho návrhy na inovaci. Cílem bylo poskytnout zákazníkovi materiál, který mu pomůže při rozhodování o následných krocích inovace. Zpracování návrhů probíhalo na základě seznamu uživatelských požadavků, který byl sestaven v průběhu rozhovorů se zaměstnanci úřadu. V závěru jsou zákazníkovi doporučeny další kroky při inovaci. | cs |

The goal was to provide the customer with material that will help him decide on the next steps of innovation. The suggestions were processed on the basis of a list of user requirements, which was compiled during interviews with the Office's staff.
