| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategickou analýzu městské nemocnice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje vysvětlení základních pojmů vztahujících se ke strategii, strategickému managementu a k metodám strategické analýzy. Další kapitola je věnována představení zvolené společnosti. Strategická analýza byla provedena pomocí PESTLE analýzy, Porterovy analýzy konkurenčního prostředí, finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzy. V závěru práce jsou na základě výstupů ze strategické analýzy navrženy tři strategie. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | This master thesis is focused on the strategic analysis of a city hospital. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part contains an explanation of basic concepts that are related to strategy, strategic management and methods of strategic analysis. The next chapter is dedicated to the characteristic of the chosen company. Strategic analysis was performed using PESTLE analysis, Porter's Five Forces Analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. At the end of the work, three strategies are proposed based on the outputs of the strategic analysis. | en |
