Ocenění vybraného podniku za rizika

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je ocenění podniku, který působí v hutním průmyslu. Ocenění je provedeno k 1.10. 2019 dle dvoufázové metody DCF – Entity. Účelem ocenění jsou interní potřeby společnosti XY, a.s. Práce je rozčleněna do pěti kapitol. První kapitolou je úvod a poslední kapitola je závěrem této práce. V druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny teoretické informace, které jsou využity při zpracování praktické části diplomové práce. Zprvu je vymezena definice podniku, také co je to hodnota podniku a jak jsou tyto hodnoty rozděleny. Dále je popsán postup pro strategickou a finanční analýzu podniku. Poté je tato kapitola věnována metodám ocenění, včetně metod DCF. Závěrečná část je zaměřena na náklady kapitálu. Třetí kapitola je věnována základním údajům o společnosti. Dále strategické analýze, která je rozčleněna na globální a odvětvovou analýzu. Následuje finanční analýza, která je provedena pro ukazatele rentability, aktivity, zadluženosti a likvidity. V této kapitole jsou také stanoveny náklady kapitálu. Závěrem je zhodnocení finanční situace firmy. Předposlední kapitola je orientována na ocenění podniku. Jsou zde predikovány tržby pro nadcházející tři roky. Dále je provedeno pět rozdílných finančních plánů. Každý finanční plán je oceněn pomocí metody DCF – Entity. Poslední část této kapitoly je zaměřena na stanovení očekávané hodnoty podniku.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate a company operating in the metallurgical industry. The valuation is made on 1.10. 2019 according to the two-phase DCF method - Entity. The purpose of the award is the internal needs of XY, a.s. The work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the last chapter is the conclusion of this work. The second chapter contains theoretical information that is used in the processing of the practical part of the thesis. First is defined basic of the company, as well as the value of the company. The procedure for strategic and financial analysis of the company is also described. Then this chapter is focused in to valuation methods, including DCF methods. The final part is focused on the cost of capital. The third chapter is focused on basic information about the company. Furthermore, strategic analysis, which is divided into global and industry analysis. The following is a financial analysis, which is performed for indicators of profitability, activity, indebtedness and liquidity. This chapter also sets out the cost of capital. The conclusion is an evaluation of the financial situation of the company. The penultimate chapter is focused on the valuation of the company. Revenues for the next three years are predicted here. In the thesis there are five different financial plans. Each financial plan is valued using the DCF - Entity method. The last part of this chapter focuses on determining the expected value of the company.
