| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou hospodaření fotbalového klubu AFC Veřovice, z. s. Cílem bylo zanalyzovat hospodaření klubu v letech 2019 a 2020 a následně porovnat, zjistit v čem se liší a navrhnout náměty na zlepšení. V první části byly pomocí odborné literatury vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se managementu a účetnictví obecně a ve sportu. V druhé části bylo zanalyzováno hospodaření v letech 2019 a 2020 a jejich následná komparace. V závěru bylo poskytnuto klubu pár rad jak zlepšit svou finanční situaci. | cs |

The challenge was to analyze the management in 2019 and 2020 and then compare this years. First part of this thesis is focused on explaining terms within accountancy and management in general, as well as specifically in the sports environment by using academic literature. Secong part is focused on analyze the management in 2019 and 2020. In the end, suggestions were made to improve the club's situation. | en |
