Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve výrobním závodě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve výrobním závodě, a to konkrétně ve dvou odděleních - obchodu a výroby. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat situaci v rámci týmové spolupráce na jednotlivých odděleních, zhodnotit fungování mezi odděleními navzájem a následně předložit možné doporučení a změny k vylepšení nejvíce problematických oblastí, se kterými se týmy potýkají. Teoretická část práce je věnována teoretickým poznatkům týkajících se týmu a týmové spolupráce, aspektům, které výkonnost týmu zvyšují, ale také snižují. Praktická část se týká popisu organizace, výrobního závodu a analýze týmové spolupráce, ke které bylo využito osobního rozhovoru a dotazníkového šetření. Po formulaci zjištěných skutečností, byly v závěru práce vymezeny nejhůře hodnocené oblasti dotazníkového šetření včetně předložení návrhů a doporučení, které by dopomohly nejen k nápravě současné situace, ale také by mohly zefektivnit práci jak v jednotlivých odděleních, tak mezi odděleními navzájem.

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on assessing the level of teamwork in a factory, namely within the department of trade and the department of production. The aim of this paper is to analyse the situation regarding teamwork, as applied in the aforementioned department, and to evaluate inter-departmental cooperation and subsequently to formulate recommendations for possible changes that would lead to an improvement in the most problematic areas, which have to be faced by the respective teams. The theoretical part of this paper deals with theoretical knowledge surrounding teams and teamwork and the various aspects that can increase or decrease a team’s performance. The practical part of the paper is devoted to a description of work organization, of the factory itself, and to an analysis of the actual teamwork. For this purpose, a personal interview and a questionnaire survey were used. After formulating the ascertained facts, the worst assessed areas of the questionnaire survey are determined in the conclusion of the paper, including a presentation of suggestions and recommendations that could lead to a remedy of the current situation and an increase in the efficiency of the individual departments, as well as their mutual cooperation and communication
