Využitie projektového riadenia pri spracovaní a realizácie založenia fitness zariadení

Abstract

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá spracovaním a realizáciou založenia fitness zariadení. Využitím projektového managementu sú vytvorené dokumenty na podporu realizácie fitness centra. Dokumenty sú zamerané na plánovanie projektu, spracovanie potrebných marketingových analýz, definovanie marketingovej stratégie a analýzu rizík projektu. Hlavným cieľom je vytvorenie dokumentov, ktoré budú užitočné a použiteľné pri realizácií založenia vlastného fitness zariadenia. Čiastkovým cieľom je podporiť konkurenčnú schopnosť projektu využitím viackritérialného rozhodovania.

Hlavný cieľ bol realizovaný pomocou metód projektového managementu, ktoré sú rozobrané v teoretickej a metodickej časti bakalárskej práce. Výsledkom sú dokumenty, použiteľné pri realizáciu založenia fitness zariadení. Jedná sa o dokumenty ako štúdium uskutočniteľnosti, podnikateľský plán, logický rámec a problematika s nimi súvisiaca. Čiastkový cieľ je realizovaný pomocou metód viackritérialného rozhodovania a výstupom tohto cieľa je ohodnotená množina kritérií fitness zariadení a ohodnotený rebríček vybraných variant fitness zariadení.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing and implementation of the fitness equipment. With the help of the project management, documents are created to support the implementation of the fitness center. These documents focus on project planning, processing of the necessary marketing analyzes, defining the marketing strategy and analyzing the risk in the project. The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create documents that are useful and applicable in the implementation of the establishment of their own fitness equipment. The partial goal is to support the competitiveness of the project by using multi-criteria decision-making.

The main goal was realized by methods of the project management. All these methods are discussed in the theoretical and methodological part of the bachelor thesis. The results are documents that can be used in the implementation of the establishment of fitness equipment. These are documents such as a feasibility study, a business plan, a logical framework and issues related to them. The partial goal is realized by the multi-criteria decision-making methods. The output of this goal is an evaluated set of criteria of fitness equipment and an evaluated ranking of selected varieties of fitness equipment.
