Organizace a řízení turnaje v basketbalu 3x3

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou organizace a řízení Chance 3x3 Tour . Cílem práce je navrhnout řešení a doporučení na zlepšení chodu, popularizace a rozšíření povědomí o turnaji. Pro tuto analýzu byla zvolena Chance ČBF Tour v basketbale 3x3. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy související s basketbalem 3x3 a managementem sportovní akce. Praktická část se pro dosažení cíle věnuje analýze dokumentů turnaje, dále jsou uvedeny dva rozhovory s aktéry turnaje a následná SWOT analýza.

This Bachelor thesis is dealing with analysis of organization and controlling of "Chance 3x3 Tour". The goal of this thesis is offering solution and recomendation for functioning, popularization and extend the awerness about the tournament. For this analysis was chosen "Chance ČBF Tour in basketball 3x3". In theoretical part there are defined basic terms related to basketball 3x3 and also with managament of this sport action. For reaching the goal the practical part is dealing with analysis of documents of the tournament, then there are two interviews with the participants of the tournament following by SWOT analysis.
