Organizace a řízení mezinárodního atletického mítinku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení s problematikou organizace a řízení atletického mítinku mezinárodního formátu. První část práce se věnuje přiblížení teoretických pojmů z oblasti managementu, marketingu a podnikové ekonomiky související s pořádáním atletické události a dále také popisem výzkumných metod, které byly použity pro praktickou část této práce. Druhá část práce se z výzkumného hlediska zaměřuje na charakteristiku organizace a řízení mezinárodního atletického mítinku „Zlatá Tretra“, jeho historii, doprovodnému běžeckému seriálu, organizační struktuře a v neposlední řadě také technickému a finančnímu zabezpečení. V závěrečné části jsou poté shrnuty výsledky výzkumného šetření, ze kterých jsou následně vyvozeny náměty a doporučení pro organizátory Zlaté tretry.

The aim of this barchelor thesis is the familiarization with the organization and management of the International athletics meeting. The first part of this thesis deals with the explanation of theorethical concepts of management, marketing and bussines economics in athletics event usecase and futher on with the research methods which are used in practical part of this thesis. The seconnd part of the thesis describes characteristics of the organization and management of the international athletics event „Golden Spike“, its history, accompanying running series, organizational structure, technical and financial security on which this research is focused on. Lastly, the final part of the thesis concludes the research which should be helpful for the organizers of the „Goleden Spike“ event.
