Organizace a řízení velké sportovní akce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na organizaci a řízení velké sportovní akce. Pro účely práce bylo jako sportovní akcí zvoleno Ostravské hokejové derby. Cílem práce je vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů s organizací a řízením spojených. V rámci praktické části je pak pomocí vysvětlených pojmů rozklíčováno organizování a řízení Ostravského hokejového derby. Cílem byla i analýza této sportovní akce. Použitými metodami byla SWOT analýza, PESTLE analýza, metoda SMARTER a osobní rozvor s oběma hlavními organizátory. Práce samotná a zjištěné informace jsou následně shrnuty, mimo jiné jsou nabídnuta doporučení pro pořádání dalších ročníků.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the organization and management of a large sports event. The Ostrava Hockey Derby was chosen as a sports event for the purposes of the thesis. The aim of the thesis is to explain the individual concepts associated with the organization and management. Within the practical part, the organization and management of the Ostrava Hockey Derby is deciphered with the help of explained terms. The aim was also to analyze this sports event. The methods used were SWOT analysis, PESTLE analysis, SMARTER method and personal discussion with both main organizers. The work itself and the information obtained are then summarized, among other things, recommendations for the organization of future years are offered.
