Formulace strategického plánu založení jezdecké stáje

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit podnikatelský záměr pro založení jezdecké stáje pomocí modelu Canvas. Bude se jednat o menší podnik nacházející se v Moravskoslezském kraji v obci Vratimov. Jezdecká stáj bude mít pouze jednoho vlastníka. Cílem podniku bude získat spokojené a stálé zákazníky stáje. Při zpracování podnikatelského záměru vznikl nová název a tím je Jezdecká stáj Briliant s.r.o. Stáj bude mít širokou nabídku služeb. Ceník služeb bude oproti konkurenci výrazně vyšší vzhledem k jejich nadstandardní kvalitě. K financování podniku budou využity vlastní zdroje a bude zažádáno o úvěr. Hospodářský výsledek byl zjištěn na základě plánu výnosů a nákladů. Cash flow byl vypočítán na základě hospodářského výsledku a v druhém roce podnikání byla zjištěna ziskovost podniku.

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to create a business plan for the establishment of a riding stable by model Canvas. It will be a small business located in the Moravian-Silesian Region in the village of Vratimov. The equestrian stable will have only one owner. The aim of the company will be to get satisfied and regular customers of the stable. During the elaboration of the business plan, a new name was created and that is Jezdecká stáj Briliant s.r.o. The stable will have a wide range of services. The price list of services will be significantly higher than the competition due to their above-standard quality. Own resources will be used to finance the enterprise and a loan will be applied for. The profit or loss was determined on the basis of a plan of revenues and expenses. Cash flow was calculated on the basis of the economic result, and in the second year of business, the profitability of the enterprise was determined.
