Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou týmové spolupráce. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy současné úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybrané společnosti za účelem vytvoření návrhů a doporučení, které by měly přispět ke zlepšení týmové spolupráce a fungování vybraného týmu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části je vymezena metodologie práce a metody výzkumu, včetně stanovení výzkumných otázek. Následně je obecně definováno řízení lidských zdrojů. Zbytek práce je věnováno týmům a týmové spolupráci, týmovým rolím, technikám týmové spolupráce, stádiím vývoje týmu, konfliktům a týmové komunikaci. V praktické části je popsána vybraná společnost a charakterizovaná týmová spolupráce v organizaci. V praktické části je také přiblížen proces získávání dat, které jsou následně analyzována. Na základě analýzy získaných dat jsou vytvořeny návrhy a doporučení, jejichž případná realizace by měla přispět ke zlepšení fungování týmu a týmové spolupráce.

This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of teamwork. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current level of team cooperation in the selected company in order to formulate suggestions and recommendations that should contribute to the improvement of teamwork and the functioning of the selected team. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the thesis methodology and research methods, including the determination of the research questions. Subsequently, human resource management is defined in general. The rest of the thesis is devoted to teams and teamwork, team roles, teamwork techniques, stages of team development, conflicts, and team communication. The practical part describes the selected company and characterizes teamwork in the organization. The practical part also presents the process of data collection, which is then analyzed. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, suggestions and recommendations are made, the possible implementation of which should contribute to the improvement of team functioning and teamwork.
