Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení fotoateliéru s fotoslužbami a jeho následné zhodnocení, zda by se podnikání v této oblasti vyplatilo či nikoliv. Úvodní část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na teorii. Jsou zde definovány základní pojmy – podnik, podnikatel, podnikání, zahájení podnikatelské činnosti či volba právní formy podnikání, Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Obsahuje cíle a vize podniku, jeho založení, analýzu konkurence, marketingovou komunikaci a jiné. Nejdůležitější kapitolou je finanční plán, který zhodnocuje budoucí prosperitu podniku.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to develop a business plan for the establishment of a photo studio with photo services and its subsequent evaluation, in order to find out if the business in this area would pay off or not. The introductory part of the bachelor thesis is focused on theory. There are defined basic terms - bussiness, entrepreneur, company, starting a business or choosing the legal form of business, The practical part is focused on the specific elaboration of a business plan. It contains the goals and visions of the company, its establishment, competition analysis, marketing communication and others. The most important chapter is the financial plan, which evaluates the future prosperity of the company.
