Analýza výrobního procesu kombinovaných filtrů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou výrobního procesu kombinovaných filtrů. Tento druh filtrů slouží k ochraně dýchacích cest jednotlivce před širokou škálou nebezpečných látek, jak v pevném, plynném či kapalném skupenství. Své uplatnění nachází jak v průmyslových, tak vojenských aplikacích, případně u jednotek integrovaného záchranného systému. Poptávka po tomto druhu ochranných prostředků je silně závislá na situaci ve světě. V období studené války byly ochranné filtry produkovány ve statisícových sériích zejména pro potřebu armád a institutů ochrany obyvatelstva. Na počátku devadesátých let pak skokový propad v poptávce znamenal konec pro řadu společností, které se nedokázaly rychle přeorientovat na jiné oblasti trhu. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza výrobního procesu kombinovaných filtrů s důrazem na stanovení taktu výrobní linky, posouzení kapacit dílčích výrobních operací, identifikaci úzkých míst a zhodnocení průběhu skladových zásob u vybraných komponent. Závěry uvedené v této bakalářské práci popisují možnosti zvýšení kapacity výrobní linky na výrobu kombinovaných filtrů. Toho lze využít v případech, kdy dochází k nárazovému navýšení poptávky po tomto druhu zboží.

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the production process of combined filters. These types of filters serve to protect the individual's respiratory tract from a wide range of hazardous substances, both solid, gaseous and liquid. It is used in both industrial and military applications, or at units of the integrated rescue system. The demand for this type of protective equipment is strongly dependent on the situation in the world. During the Cold War, protective filters were produced in series of hundreds of thousands, mainly for the needs of armies and institutes of protection of the civil population. At the beginning of the 1990s, there was a sharp drop in demand at the market. This meant the end for a number of companies that were unable to quickly reorient to other areas of the market. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyze the production process of combined filters with emphasis on determining the production line, assessing the capacity of partial production operations, identification of bottlenecks and evaluation of the stock of selected components. The conclusions presented in this bachelor thesis describe the possibilities for increasing the production line capacity of protective filters. This can be used, in cases where there is a sudden increase in demand for this type of goods.
