Stanovení a posouzení finanční pozice rodinných firem prostřednictvím vybraných metod finanční analýzy

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je stanovení a posouzení finanční situace českých rodinných firem a srovnání výsledků finanční analýzy s odvětvím. Teoretickému východisku finanční analýzy je věnována druhá kapitola. Součástí druhé kapitoly je detailní popis metod použitých později v praktické části. Následující kapitola je věnována charakteristice a popisu rodinných firem obecně. Dále bude představen vzorek rodinných firem, na kterých proběhne analýza ve čtvrté kapitole. V rámci třetí kapitoly jsou taktéž uvedeny předpoklady, které vychází z doporučení odborné literatury, podle kterých se v praktické části vyvozují závěry. V praktické části jsou vyhodnoceny vybrané metody finanční analýzy, které se taktéž porovnají s daty z potravinářského odvětví.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to determine and assess the financial situation of Czech family businesses and to compare the results of the financial analysis with the industry. The second chapter is devoted to the theoretical background of financial analysis. The second chapter includes a detailed description of the methods used later in the practical part. The following chapter is devoted to the characteristics and description of family businesses in general. Next, a sample of family firms will be presented on which the analysis will be carried out in chapter four. The third chapter also presents assumptions based on specialised literature. The Conclusions are drawn from these assumptions in the practical part. In the practical part, the selected methods of financial analysis are evaluated and also compared with data from the food industry.
