Hospodaření vybraných politických stran a politického hnutí v České republice

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce byly vybrané politické strany a politické hnutí v České republice a jejich financování a hospodaření. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnocení struktury výnosů a nákladů a hospodaření vybraných politických stran a hnutí působících v České republice za pětileté časové období let 2015-2019. Struktura práce byla tvořena pěti kapitolami, počínaje Úvodem ve kterém byly nastíněny cíl práce, využité metody, struktura práce a hypotézy. Obsahem teoretické části práce bylo ukotvení politických stran a hnutí v rámci neziskového sektoru, kontrola hospodaření politických subjektů v České republice a definice financování a charakteristika jednotlivých vybraných politických stran a hnutí. V praktické části práce již byla věnovala pozornost samotnému zhodnocení struktury výnosů a nákladů a hospodaření vybraných politických stran a hnutí ve vymezeném časovém intervalu let 2015-2019. Poslední kapitolou práce byl Závěr, ve kterém byly shrnuty výsledky získané v praktické části a zodpovězeny hypotézy definované v Úvodu. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění, že vybrané politické subjekty jsou poměrně závislé na veřejném financování, a to zejména mladší hodnocené politické subjekty a že většinu nákladů těchto hodnocených politických subjektů tvořily spotřebované nákupy, nakupované služby a osobní náklady.

The topic of the bachelor thesis was selected political parties and political movement in the Czech Republic and their financing and financial management. Objective of this bachelor thesis was evaluation of structure of revenues and costs and evaluation of financial management of these selected political parties and political movement in the Czech Republic between 2015-2019. Structure of this thesis is consisted of five chapters, starting with introduction including thesis target, used methods, thesis structure and hypothesis. Theoretical chapter is consisted of political parties and political movements in the nonprofit sector, control of financial management of political parties and political movements in the Czech Republic and definition of financial management and characteristics of selected political parties. In the practical chapter attention was paid to structures evaluation of revenues and costs and evaluation of financial management of selected political parties and political movement in a specified time interval. The last chapter of this bachelor thesis was conclusion which include results from practical chapter and hypothesis answers. The result of the bachelor thesis was detection that selected political parties and political movement were considerably dependent on public finances, especially young political subjects and detection that most costs consisted of consumed purchases, shopping services and personal expenses.
