Činnost a hospodaření vybraného dětského domova

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce bylo Činnost a hospodaření vybraného dětského domova v období let 2015 až 2020. Předmětem bakalářské práce je dětský domov působící jako příspěvková organizace Moravskoslezského kraje. Bakalářská práce byla strukturována do pěti kapitol, z nichž první tři kapitoly tvoří teoretickou část a čtvrtá kapitola část praktickou. V teoretické části byl kladen důraz na charakteristiku ústavní výchovy v České republice, na legislativní rámec ústavní výchovy a její historii. V praktické části byl kladen důraz na zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření Dětského domova a Školní jídelny v Havířově-Podlesí. Výsledky zhodnocení ukázaly, že domov dosáhl v rámci všech let sledovaného období kladného výsledku hospodaření, s výjimkou roku 2016, kdy hospodařil s vyrovnaným výsledkem hospodaření. Výsledky analýzy napovídají o celkovém dobrém stavu hospodaření domova.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis was the activity and management of a selected children's home in the period from 2015 to 2020. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is a children's home operating as a contributory organization of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The bachelor thesis was structured into five chapters, of which the first three chapters form the theoretical part and the fourth chapter the practical part. In the theoretical part, emphasis was placed on the characteristics of institutional education in the Czech Republic, on the history of the legislative framework of institutional education and its. In the practical part, emphasis was placed on evaluating the activities and management of the Children's Home and School Canteen in Havířov-Podlesí. The results of the evaluation showed that the home achieved a positive economic result in all monitored periods, with the result of 2016, when it managed with a balanced economic result. The results of the analysis show the overall good condition of the home.
