Kapacity zdravotní péče ve vztahu k zdravotnímu stavu populace ve vybraných krajích

Abstract

Bakalářská práce byla tematicky zaměřena na kapacity zdravotní péče ve vztahu k zdravotnímu stavu populace ve vybraných krajích. Předmětem práce byly jednotlivé ukazatele zdravotního stavu obyvatel a zdravotnictví. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo identifikovat a zhodnotit vybrané ukazatele zdravotního stavu obyvatel Olomouckého kraje a Jihočeského kraje ve vztahu k nabídce zdravotní péče. Dále byla práce zaměřena na dostupnost zdravotní péče z hlediska počtu nemocnic, praktických lékařů a specializovaných pracovišť. Práce byla strukturována do šesti kapitol, z nichž první kapitolu tvořil úvod, druhá a třetí kapitola byly zaměřeny na teoretické vymezení problematiky, kapitola čtvrtá a pátá se zabývaly praktickou částí bakalářské práce a závěr práce obsahoval celková shrnutí a doporučení. Teoretická část bakalářské práce byla zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů spojených s tématem práce, např. zdraví, zdravotní péče, zdravotní politika, determinanty zdraví, podpora zdraví a jiné. Teoretická část byla také zaměřena na metodologii využitou pro naplnění cílů bakalářské práce. Praktická část práce se zaměřovala na zhodnocení vybraných ukazatelů spojených se zdravotním stavem obyvatelstva Olomouckého kraje a Jihočeského kraje (index stáří, naděje dožití, úmrtnost, plodnost a jiné), a dále na zhodnocení ukazatelů spojených s nabídkou zdravotní péče (počet zdravotních zařízení, lůžková dostupnost, dostupnost zdravotnického personálu a jiné). Data využitá pro praktickou část byly převzaty z veřejných databází, jednalo se o sekundární data, které byly dále zpracovány dle potřeby bakalářské práce. Výsledky zhodnocení ukázaly, že dochází meziročně ke zlepšování zdravotního stavu obyvatel jednotlivých krajů. Zvyšuje se naděje dožití obyvatel, roste průměrný věk, dochází ke snižování umělých přerušení těhotenství a ke zlepšování celkového zdravotního stavu. Z analýzy mimo jiné vyplývá, že dochází ke stárnutí populace a je třeba na tento ukazatel brát ohled. V rámci subjektivního hodnocení zdravotního stavu jsou na tom lépe obyvatelé Jihočeského kraje. Z hlediska nabízená péče se každoročně zvyšuje počet lékařů a nelékářů s odbornou způsobilostí, roste počet lékařů připadající na 1 000 obyvatel a zároveň klesá počet obyvatel připadající na jednoho lékaře. Dochází také ke zvyšování počtu lůžek v nemocnicích akutní a následné péče.

The bachelor thesis was thematically focused on the capacity of health care in relation to the health status of the population in selected regions. The subject of the work were individual indicators of the health status of the population and health care. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to identify and evaluate selected indicators of the health status of the population of the Olomouc region and the South Bohemian region in relation to the supply of health care. Furthermore, the work focused on the availability of health care in terms of the number of hospitals, general practitioners and specialized workplaces. The thesis was structured into six chapters, the first chapter of which was an introduction, the second and third chapters were focused on the theoretical definition of the issue, the fourth and fifth chapters dealt with the practical part of the bachelor thesis and the conclusion contained general summaries and recommendations. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was focused on defining the basic concepts associated with the topic of the work, such as health, health care, health policy, determinants of health, health promotion and others. The theoretical part was also focused on the methodology used to meet the objectives of the bachelor thesis. The practical part of the work focused on the evaluation of selected indicators related to the health status of the population of the Olomouc region and the South Bohemian region (age index, life expectancy, mortality, fertility and others), and the evaluation of indicators related to health care (number of health facilities, inpatient , availability of medical staff and others). The data used for the practical part were taken from public databases, it was secondary data, which were further processed according to the needs of the bachelor's thesis. The results of the evaluation showed that the health status of the inhabitants of individual regions is improving year-on-year. The life expectancy of the population is increasing, the average age is rising, abortions are decreasing and the overall health is improving. The analysis shows, among other things, that the population is aging and this indicator needs to be taken into account. The inhabitants of the South Bohemian Region are better off in the subjective assessment of health status. In terms of the care offered, the number of doctors and non-doctors with professional qualifications is increasing every year, the number of doctors per 1,000 inhabitants is growing and at the same time the number of inhabitants per one doctor is decreasing. There is also an increase in the number of beds in acute and follow-up care hospitals.
