Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma Zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro fulfillmentovou společnost s podporou robotů ve skladu zpracovává toto téma na teoretické a praktické úrovni. Praktická část je potom rozvedena na plánu podloženém na reálném základě, kdy je možno založit společnost, která bude poskytovat fulfillmentové služby s plnou podporou robotizace a automatizace. To především díky logistickým robotům, software řídící tyto roboty, pickovacích stanovišť s laserovými ukazovátky, a mnoho dalšími moderními technologiemi. Díky tomu je potom umožněno ušetřit náklady na prostor, energie a především na mzdových nákladech. Díky ušetřeným nákladům je společnost potom schopna nabídnout zákazníkům lepší ceny oproti konkurenci. Celý plán je podpořen analýzami a finančními výkazy, které potvrzují, že tato podnikatelská příležitost má šanci uspět.

This thesis called Processing of the Business Plan for fulfillment company with robotics support in the warehouse is described on theoretical and practical level. Practical part is the actual plan based on realities and it is possible to establish a company that can be providing fulfillment service with the full support of robotization and automation. That is possible due to logistics robots, robots managing software, picking stations with laser points and many more modern technologies. Due to all of this is possible to save costs for the warehouse, power and most of all labor costs. This means the company is able to offer better prices to their customers in comparison with the competition. The whole Plan is supported by analysis’ and financial statements that all conclude that this business oppoturnity has a chance to succeed.
