Vícekriteriální výběr nadstandardní finanční podpory z pohledu podniku

Abstract

Problematika rozhodování o výběru nadstandardních finančních podpor z pohledu firmy je jedním z důležitých firemních rozhodnutí. Firma by měla být schopna při nakládání se svými finančními prostředky rozhodnout, tak aby pro firmu zvolila v dané situaci nejlepší rozhodnutí. Vliv výběru nadstandardních finančních podpor na firmu velmi velký dopad, a to především na finanční zatížení celé firmy a její vztah vůči svým zaměstnancům. Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení vybrat tu nejvhodnější variantu z variant nadstandardní finanční podpory pro zaměstnance z pohledu zaměstnavatele. Bakalářská práce je tvořena třemi hlavními kapitolami. V první kapitole jsou popsány vícekriteriální metody rozhodování. Ve druhé kapitole jsou uvedeny jednotlivé možnosti nabízených nadstandardních finančních podpor, jejich charakteristika, daňové využití a analýza vybraných případů. V kapitole jsou podrobně popsány varianty investičního životního pojištění, doplňkového penzijního spoření a navýšení mzdy. V poslední kapitole je provedeno vícekriteriální hodnocení vybraných variant nadstandardních finančních podpor z pohledu firmy na modelovém příkladu. V kapitole je popsána charakteristika firmy, propočet výběru nadstandardní finanční podpory a taktéž je analyzován výběr nejvhodnějšího fondu. Následně je celá kapitola zhodnocena a interpretována. V daném případě se ukázalo, že nejvýhodnější variantou je doplňkové penzijní spoření na základě stanovených kritérií firmy. Využitelnost práce je rozmanitá a dá se aplikovat ve většině případů rozhodování o nadstandardních finančních podporách.

The issue of deciding on the selection of above-standard financial support from the perspective of the company is one of the important corporate decisions. The company should be able to decide on the management of its financial resources so that it chooses the best decision for the company in the given situation. The impact of the selection of above-standard financial support on the company is very large, especially on the financial burden of the entire company and its relationship with its employees. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to use the method of multicriteria evaluation to select the most suitable variant from the variants of above-standard financial support for employees from the perspective of the employer. The bachelor thesis consists of three main chapters. The first chapter describes multicriteria decision-making methods. The second chapter presents the various options of the above-standard financial support, their characteristics, tax use and analysis of selected cases. The chapter describes in detail the variants of unit-linked life insurance, supplementary pension savings and wage increases. In the last chapter there is a multi-criteria evaluation of selected variants of above-standard financial support from the perspective of the company on a model example. The chapter describes the characteristics of the company, the calculation of the selection of above-standard financial support and also analyzes the selection of the most suitable fund. Then the whole chapter is evaluated and interpreted. In this case, it turned out that the most advantageous option is supplementary pension savings based on the company's criteria. The usability of the work is diverse and can be applied in most cases when deciding on above-standard financial support.
