Zhodnocení vzájemných vztahů Ukrajiny a Evropské unie a jejich budoucnosti

Abstract

Tato práce je věnována tématu vztahu Ukrajiny a Evropské unie a perspektivy jejich budoucí spolupráce. Práce je rozdělená do třech kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na představení Ukrajiny z pohledu základních charakteristik. V druhé části práce je popsán a charakterizován historický vývoj vztahů mezi Ukrajinou a Evropskou unií. Třetí část je věnována zhodnocení současných vztahů Ukrajiny a Evropské unie. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vztahů mezi Ukrajinou a Evropskou unií a perspektivy jejich budoucího vývoje na pozadí historických i současných událostí. Závěr práce tedy potvrzuje, že vývoj vztahů Ukrajiny s Evropskou unií nebyl jednoduchý, ale Ukrajina má možnost získat status kandidátské země EU, který pro zemi bude znamenat velké výzvy, ale zároveň velké příležitosti z politického a ekonomického hlediska. Pokud se tak stane, samotný přístupový proces bude ale velmi dlouhý a náročný, s ohledem na vnitřní reformy, které Ukrajina ještě musí provést a vzhledem k získání jednotného postoje členských států EU k dalšímu rozšiřování EU.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the topic of the relationship of Ukraine and the European Union and the prospects for their future cooperation. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the presentation of Ukraine from the point of view of the basic characteristics. The second part of the work describes and characterizes the historical development of relations between Ukraine and the European Union. The third part is devoted to the assessment of the current relations between Ukraine and the European Union. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the relations between Ukraine and the European Union and the prospects of their future development based on the background of historical and current events. The conclusion of the thesis confirms that the development of Ukraine's relations with the European Union was not easy, but Ukraine has the possibility of obtaining the status of an EU candidate country, which will mean great challenges for the country, but at the same time great opportunities from a political and economic point of view. If this happens, the accession process itself will be very long and difficult, given the internal reforms that Ukraine has yet to implement and in view of obtaining a unified position of the EU member states on the further enlargement of the EU.
