Fotokatalyzátory na bázi grafitického nitridu uhlíku pro odstraňování farmaceutických přípravků z vod

Abstract

The diploma thesis describes photocatalytic degradation of pharmaceuticals from water. Degradation was performed using a device that simulated sunlight (LED source - 420 nm) using CN and PCN catalysts. The catalysts were characterized by elemental analysis, UV-VIS spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, luminescence, infrared spectrometry, SSA, scanning electron microscopy and XPS analysis. Two active pharmaceutical substances (antibiotics) - amoxicillin and ofloxacin – were subjected to water degradation. Each of these effective antibiotics responded differently to photocatalytic degradation. Amoxicillin was partially degraded and ofloxacin was almost completely degraded.
