Příprava a organizace basketbalového turnaje

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat přípravu a organizaci turnaje v basketbalu 3x3. V první části jsou popsány teoretické poznatky vyskytující se v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá rozborem organizační struktury a finanční analýzou. K vyhotovení SWOT analýzy byla použita metoda pozorování a rozhovor. Na závěr jsou shrnuty poznatky k výsledkům šetření a doporučení pro zlepšení nadcházejících ročníků.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the preparation and organization of a 3x3 basketball tournament. The first part describes the theoretical knowledge applied in the practical section. The practical part deals with the analysis of the organizational structure and financial analysis. The SWOT analysis was conducted using the method of observation and interview. In conclusion, the findings of the survey are summarized along with recommendations for improving the upcoming editions.
