dc.description.abstract | Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblíženie manažmentu a marketingu veľkej športovej akcie, ktorá nesie názov Zlatá tretra. V teoretickej časti je priblíženie manažmentu a marketingu. Poznatky z teoretickej časti sú prenesené do praktickej. Pri manažmente je použitá metóda rozhovoru a pri marketingu je metóda dotazníka a SWOT analýzy. Dotazník vyplnilo 72 respondentov a na základe odpovedí bola zostavená SWOT analýza. Na záver bolo zistenie nových príležitostí a prípadných zmien v odvetví marketingu, ktoré by priniesli množstvo nových divákov. | cs |
dc.description.abstract | This aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide an insight into the management and marketing of a large sports event called Golden Spike. The theoretical part introduces the concepts of management and marketing, which are then applied in the practical part. The management aspect is approached through interviews, while the marketing aspect is analysed using questionnaires and SWOT analysis. The questionnaire was completed by 72 respondents, and a SWOT analysis was based on their responses. Finally, new opportunities and potential changes in the marketing industry were identified, which could attract a larger number of viewers. | en |
