Posouzení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma zhodnocení úrovně týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu. Týmová spolupráce je klíčovým faktorem úspěchu ve sportu a může být ovlivněna mnoha faktory, včetně komunikace, role jednotlivých členů týmu, vzájemné důvěry a společného cíle. V teoretické část si většinu těchto faktorů rozebereme. Tato teoretická část práce se také z části zaobírá problematikou týmové práce z pohledu sociální psychologie. Podíváme se dále na rozdíly mezi skupinou a týmem a jejich definice. V Praktické části práce pak využíváme různé metody sběru dat, včetně dotazníků a pozorování. Cílem této práce je analyzovat současnou úroveň týmové spolupráce ve vybraném sportovním oddílu a navrhnout způsoby, jak by se se tato týmovost v rámci klubu dala nadále zlepšovat.

This bachelor thesis focus is on the evaluation of the level of teamwork in a selected sports club. Teamwork is a key success factor in sport and can be influenced by many factors including communication, the role of individual team members, mutual trust, and a common goal. In the theoretical section we will discuss most of these factors. This theoretical part of the thesis also partially takes up the issue of teamwork from a social psychology perspective. We will also look at the differences between a group and a team and their definitions. In the practical part of the thesis, we then use various methods of data collection, including survey and observation. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the current level of teamwork in a selected sports club and to suggest ways in which this teamwork can be further improved within the club.
