Identifikace silných a slabých stránek ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá identifikací silných a slabých stránek vybrané firmy a analýzou příležitostí a hrozeb z vnějšího prostředí. K tomuto účelu je použita analýza SWOT. Cílem práce je poskytnout doporučení pro využití silných stránek a příležitostí, zmírnění slabých stránek a eliminaci hrozeb. Práce je členěna do pěti kapitol, zahrnující úvod, popis metod a technik v managementu, charakteristiku vybrané firmy, aplikaci metod a závěr.

This bachelor thesis deals with the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of a selected company and the analysis of opportunities and threats from the external environment. SWOT analysis is used for this purpose. The aim of the thesis is to provide recommendations for utilizing strengths and opportunities, mitigating weaknesses, and eliminating threats. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including an introduction, description of methods and techniques in management, characterization of the selected company, application of methods, and conclusion.
