Zahájení podnikání rodiny v rodinném podniku

Abstract

Cieľom mojej práce je aplikovať teoretické znalosti o založení rodinného podniku jako spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným do praxe. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti sa čitateľ oboznámi so základnými teoretickými pojmami z oblasti podnikania a rodinného podniku a tiež so stavom rodinného podnikania v Českej republike. V prvej z troch častí praktickej časti práce aplikujem teoretické poznatky o založení spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným do praxe a popisujem celý proces založenia spoločnosti spolu s náležiacimi nákladmi. Druhú kapitolu praktickej časti tvorí vypracovaný podnikateľský plán spolu so všetkými potrebnými náležitosťami akými sú analýza marketingového mixu, analýza konkurencie, či finančný plán. Poslednú, tretiu časť praktickej časti tvorí vypracovaný rodinný protokol, ktorý by mal byť základným pilierom každého úspešného rodinného podniku.

The aim of my thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge about the establishment of a family business as a limited liability company into practice. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the reader will get to know the basic theoretical concepts in the field of business and family business, as well as the state of family business in the Czech Republic. In the first of three parts of the practical part of the thesis, I apply theoretical knowledge about the establishment of a limited liability company into practice and describe the entire process of establishing a company together with the relevant costs. The second chapter of the practical part consists of a developed business plan together with all the necessary details such as the analysis of the marketing mix, the analysis of the competition, or the financial plan. The last, third part of the practical part consists of a developed family protocol, which should be the basic pillar of every successful family business.
