Identifikace silných a slabých stránek autoškoly

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky vybrané společnosti, a to prostřednictvím zkoumání vnitřního okolí podniku. Dále jsou zjišťovány příležitosti a hrozby, a to na základě strategického rozboru vnějšího okolí podniku. Zkoumaným podnikem je autoškola. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy související se strategickou analýzou a konkrétní metody strategické analýzy. Tyto metody jsou dále v praktické části využity k samotné identifikaci silných a slabých stránek a příležitostí a hrozeb. V závěru jsou na základě výsledků provedených analýz uvedeny návrhy a doporučení.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify strenghts and weaknesses of a selected company through internal environment examination. Based on a strategic analysis of the external environment, opportunities and threats are also identified. The subject of research is a driving school. Concepts related to strategic analysis, along with particular methods of strategic analysis are defined in the theoretical part. These particular strategic methods are further in the practical part used for strenghts, weaknesses and opportunities and threats identification. In the end, the suggestions and recommendations are given.
