| dc.description.abstract | Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jaké postoje mají jednotlivé generace k jednotlivým pracovním podmínkám a na základě analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření navrhnout zaměstnavatelům doporučení, jak k jednotlivým generacím přistupovat. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje východiska problematiky generací. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu výsledku dotazníkového šetření. Na základě této analýzy jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro zaměstnavatele. | cs |
