Diskriminace žen na trhu práce v ČR

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší diskriminaci žen na trhu práce v České republice. Seznamuje s teorií trhu práce a nezaměstnaností. Popisuje také teoretické souvislosti diskriminace, její formy a legislativní úpravu. Výzkumná část práce byla provedena pomocí online dotazníkového šetření, které mělo za cíl objasnit, jak ženy vnímají své postavení na trhu práce. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že se ženy na pracovním trhu cítí být diskriminované a považují svou pozici na trhu práce jako nevýhodnou.

This bachelor thesis addresses discrimination against women in the labour market in the Czech Republic. It introduces labour market theory and unemployment. It also describes the theoretical context of discrimination, its forms and legislative regulation. The research part of the thesis was conducted using an online questionnaire survey, which aimed to clarify how women perceive their position in the labour market. The research conducted revealed that women feel discriminated against in the labour market and consider their position in the labour market as disadvantageous.
