Zhodnocení obchodních a investičních vztahů České republiky a Korejské republiky

Abstract

Cílem bakalářská práce zhodnocení obchodních a investičních vztahů mezi Českou republikou a Korejskou republikou. Vzhledem k tomu, že obě země usilují o posílení svých ekonomických vazeb, byly uzavřeny bilaterální dohody na podporu bezbariérového zahraničního obchodu a ochrany investic. Objem obchodu mezi oběma zeměmi se neustále zvyšuje, přičemž Korejská republika se stala jedním z hlavních obchodních partnerů České republiky mimo Evropskou unii. Korejské společnosti investují v České republice zejména v automobilovém a elektronickém průmyslu. Cílem práce je vymezit právní a ekonomický rámec česko-korejských obchodních a investičních vztahů a zhodnotit obchodní a investiční toky mezi oběma zeměmi. Práce analyzuje obchodní toky pro období 2011-2021 a investiční toky pro období 2014-2021. Cílem výzkumu je odpovědět na otázky týkající se vývoje objemu dovozu a vývozu, struktury obchodních toků, obchodní bilance České republiky s Korejskou republikou a přílivu přímých zahraničních investic z Korejské republiky do České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru, a zahrnuje teoretická východiska zahraničního obchodu a investic, zahraničně obchodní politiku a nástroje a právní a ekonomický rámec česko-korejských obchodních a investičních vztahů.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate trade and investment relations between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Korea. As both countries seek to strengthen their economic ties, bilateral agreements have been concluded to promote barrier-free foreign trade and investment protection. The volume of trade between the two countries is steadily increasing, with the Republic of Korea having become one of the Czech Republic's main trading partners outside the European Union. Korean companies are investing in the Czech Republic, particularly in the automotive and electronics industries. The aim of this thesis is to define the legal and economic framework of Czech-Korean trade and investment relations and to evaluate trade and investment flows between the two countries. The thesis analyses trade flows for the period 2011-2021 and investment flows for the period 2014-2021. The aim of the research is to answer questions concerning the development of import and export volumes, the structure of trade flows, the Czech Republic's trade balance with the Republic of Korea and the inflow of foreign direct investment from the Republic of Korea to the Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including an introduction and conclusion, and covers the theoretical background of foreign trade and investment, foreign trade policy and instruments, and the legal and economic framework of Czech-Korean trade and investment relations.
