Analýza zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice. Cílem této práce je analyzovat právní úpravu týkající se zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice a následně zhodnotit, jak probíhá nábor zahraničních zaměstnanců, jak se vyvíjí počet cizinců v republice a ve vybrané společnosti v závislosti na předpisech, a aktuální situaci na českém trhu práce. V teoretické části práce je vymezena právní úprava této oblasti a představena aktuální situace na českém trhu práce. V praktické části práce je analyzováno zaměstnávání cizinců ve vybrané společnosti, jejich nábor a proces zaměstnávání. Dále je rozebrán vývoj zaměstnávání tuzemských i zahraničních pracovníků ve společnosti v závislosti na politické a ekonomické situaci v České republice. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky analýzy a jsou prezentovány případné návrhy, které by mohly do budoucna vybrané společnosti proces zaměstnávání cizinců ulehčit.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the legal regulations concerning the employment of foreigners in the Czech Republic and then to evaluate how the recruitment of foreign employees works, how the number of foreigners in the Czech Republic and in a selected company develops depending on the regulations, and the current situation on the Czech labour market. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the legal regulation in this area and presents the current situation on the Czech labour market. The practical part of the thesis analyses the employment of foreigners in the selected company, their recruitment and employment process. Furthermore, the development of employment of domestic and foreign workers in the company is analysed depending on the political and economic situation in the Czech Republic. The thesis concludes with a summary of the results of the analysis and presents possible suggestions that could facilitate the process of employing foreigners in the future, in the selected company.
