Založení společenství vlastníků jednotek se zaměřením na tvorbu stanov

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvářením stanov jakožto zakladatelského dokumentu společenství vlastníků jednotek. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku samotné právnické osoby společenství vlastníků jednotek, účel jejího založení, právní úpravu vzniku a detailní rozbor náležitostí stanov. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány a zhodnoceny vzorové stanovy smyšleného společenství vlastníků jednotek. V práci je použito několik metod výzkumu, a to zejména analýza, komparace a deskripce.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of the statutes as the founding document of the association of unit owners. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on characteristics of the legal entity of the association of unit owners, purpose of its founding, legal regulation of its creation and detailed analysis of its statutes. In the practical part, there are paradigmatic statutes of imaginary association of unit owners analyzed and evaluated. In the thesis, there are several research methods used mainly analysis, comparison and description.
